David Reynolds has over 20 years of consulting experience and senior leadership in private equity-held companies. He is a practice leader with experience in operational and financial performance improvement, due diligence, merger/integration, and interim CEO/COO. David brings deep functional expertise in all aspects of operational improvements, cost optimization, supply chain, human capital effectiveness, process efficiency and revenue growth. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree and MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Kevin Keough has been a Private Equity Operating Partner and Head of Portfolio Operations with three private equity firms since 2006. He has extensive experience as board member, interim CEO, and leader of value-creation initiatives and corporate restructurings. Kevin has also served as a public company senior executive and as a partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc. Most recently, he served as the CEO of a public company in the cloud communications sector. Kevin holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Engineering Mechanics, with honors, from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
